Srinagar, July 10 (KNO) : Jammu Kashmir Democratic Freedom Party (JKDFP) Wednesday said that government agencies like National Investigating Agency (NIA) and Enforcement Directorate (ED) are harassing the family members and close relatives of JKDFP incarcerated chief and senior resistance leader, Shabir Shah. “These agencies do not even spare the domestic helpers of Shabir Shah’s family. These agencies have perhaps decided not to allow the family of Shabir Shah to live in peace so they annoy their relatives, friends and even the family driver by one way or the other,” JKDFP spokesperson said in a statement issued to KNO. He said this is a very serious and sad state of affairs that these government agencies are hell-bent to disturb even the private lives of a family which is already facing a lot due to continuous incarceration of its head. “It seems that New Delhi and its agencies are trying to break Shabir Shah by using cheap tactics like harassing his family members, close relatives and even domestic helpers,” he added. JKDFP appealed the justice loving people in India to take note of the situation faced by the family of incarcerated political leader Shabir Shah and raise their voices against such a ‘tyranny, oppression, subjugation and autocracy’.(KNO)
